KeepEatClean is a nutrition app. WHOOP measures how your body recovers and performs; we hold the other half of the equation — what you eat. Connecting the two lets us answer questions neither app can answer alone: why a recovery is low, and what to eat in response.

Via the official WHOOP API over OAuth 2.0. We request read-only scopes — KeepEatClean never writes to or modifies your WHOOP account.

We correlate what and when you ate against your next-day WHOOP recovery, HRV and sleep — then surface only the relationships that are statistically real for you. WHOOP tells you recovery is red; KeepEatClean tells you why.

How we protect your WHOOP data

  • Read-only. We never write to or change your WHOOP account.
  • OAuth 2.0. You authorize access on WHOOP's own screen, and can revoke it at any time from your WHOOP account or by disconnecting in the app.
  • Used only to power your experience. WHOOP data drives your insights and targets. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
  • Deletable. Disconnecting WHOOP or deleting your account removes the associated data per our Privacy Policy.
